Helping Young People Feel Seen, Heard and Supported

We believe no young person should feel like suicide is their only option.

Our goal is to create a safe and supportive space where young people, parents, carers and the wider community can access helpful information, trusted support services, practical self-care tools and real reminders that they are not alone.

Sometimes asking for help starts with just two words.

Help me.

And when explaining how you feel feels impossible, two more words can be enough.

Find the Support That Feels Right for You

Whether you are looking for help for yourself, supporting a friend, caring for a young person, or wanting to learn more about youth mental health, Amby’s Army is here to guide you toward support.
